This humid New York afternoon, I stopped for tangerine, watermelon and kiwi sorbet from Il Laboratorio del Gelato. The three scoops resembled an edible rainbow and tasted like summer. Joy.
Il Laboratorio’s sorbet is the best I have ever had. Go earlier in the day or do not be shy about calling ahead to make sure they have your favorite flavors. I highly recommend green apple and honeydew.
